If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Hargreaves Recruitment is pleased to be partnering our Recruitment Company client in sourcing a Recruitment Sales Manager on a full time and permanent basis. Reporting in to the Head of Recruitment Operations, the role of Recruitment Sales Manager will be to drive forward new business, whilst developing and maintaining a close working relationship with clients that have been previously worked with. You will own, manage and develop the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract agreements. This position will suit an innovative and forward thinking individual who wants to work within a low staff turnover business, with a fantastic reputation within their marketplace. The Role of Recruitment Sales Manager: Drive forward innovative social media campaigns New business development calls Utilise Google Analytics to best source new leads Face to face meetings where necessary Create proposals, presentations and sales materials Work closely with Marketing and Head of Resourcing to ensure sales targets are hit Write bid proposals, tenders where required Attend networking events Construct reports Promote a fantastic referral scheme The Candidate: Innovative and forward thinking within approach to business development IT Recruitment Experience would be HIGHLY beneficial IT Project Management experience would be beneficial but by no means essential Previous recruitment sales experience is a must Positive and confident in your approach Ability to work within an established team An engaging individual What You Get: Tailored commission structure (the company is very open to discussing remuneration in detail) 24 holidays, plus banks, plus ability to buy more holidays A culture that is relaxed - you won't be expected to stay late, 'just because'.
