A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor has come up in a large international consultancy with a City location This is a company steeped in history with both UK and international experience dated back over a century. Within the building consultancy team, projects are typically in the health, residential, industrial, retail and education sectors. Career development is prominent here with the company looking for a Building Surveyor that has already commenced their Building Surveying journey to complement their already experienced team. To be eligible for this role you must have an RICS accredited degree and already have experience working as a Building Surveyor. You must be self-motivated with a strong knowledge of Building Surveying activities. In addition to this you will need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. This role would suit a person that may not be currently getting the support in their APC, and are looking for a larger more stable company with the expertise to develop you, and qualify as a chartered surveyor.
