Overview
As the Project Accountant in London, you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with the financial activities and functions of projects to ensure that the goals and objectives specified for the project are accomplished in an accurate and efficient manner. It will be critical that you can support Project Managers to ensure that compliance with systems and processes, and project contractual matters, are met. Client Details My client is an award-winning, employee owned consulting engineering practice working internationally from offices located in Australia, the Middle East, New Zealand, Singapore and London. Description Key responsibilities for this Project Accountant role include: Project system maintenance Invoice preparation, including following up outstanding debtors End of Month Project Reviews and Report Preparation Project time reporting Assistance with tracking of project variations Timesheet approvals Subcontractor invoice processing Project Start-Up Meeting Attendance Profile The successful Project Accountant will have: 3 years Accountancy experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Previous experience in a time billing based industry Well developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills to work to set deadlines Ability to prioritise a busy workload Exceptionally high attention to detail Job Offer On offer to the successful Project Accountant is: Attractive remuneration package Excellent working environment Progression with an Accountancy career Excellent London location
