This opportunity is ideal for a graduate that is looking to further their career in finance within a large architectural firm based in the City of London. It requires good knowledge of excel and accounting functions and a desire to learn and progress. Client Details My client is a leading architectural business based in the City of London who are looking for a Junior Analyst to join their team. Description The key responsibilities of this role include: Assisting the Project Analyst with i2 training for staff on timesheets and expenses. Setting up new joiners, including staff purchase ledger accounts. Ensuring data validation and naming conventions are consistent when setting up projects, work stages and resources Updating construction values, project architects, ADs Ensuring the data returns reliable information for analysing job performance and resources. Supporting, monitoring, checking and processing monthly timesheets, this includes prompting Architects to update any missing timesheets. Assisting the P&FSA to produce weekly resource forecast analysis by project, staff members, studio and company level for weekly SA & PRM Studio Resource Meetings and for Senior Architects. Assisting the P&FSA in reviewing the projects status (i.e. Live, On Hold, Closed). Assisting the P&FSA with daily updating on Paprika with budgeted fees and recharge's.
