You will take ownership of the daily running with the Manager, customer service, one to one selling and being a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include: - Working with and supporting the Store Manager - Delivering a positive brand experience to all customers - Striving to achieve store sales targets, kpi's and managing payroll - Managing the team to include motivation, inspiring them and coaching - Demonstrating the features and benefits of all products with natural passion - Managing visual merchandising, product placement and promoting new lines - Monitoring stock levels, replenishment, stock-taking and sharing feedback - Completing a weekly trade report, collating customer comments and offering solutions - Taking part in intense product knowledge training, on the job learning and attending courses We are looking for an individual who is self motivated, can demonstrate the ability to sell a luxury product and one who is creative. This is the ideal role for an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Concession Manager or Senior Supervisor who loves interacting with customers. Experience in home-wares, accessories, jewellery, premium fashion, beauty or footwear is preferred.
