They are a well-established Financial Services firm that focuses on Property Bonds.Role of a Junior Broker: Contacting potential customers via a high networth databaseBuild rapport, fact find and ask probing questionsTo sell the product and services of the CompanyWorking towards KPIs and targets both independently and as a team As a Junior Broker you will need to have: Previous experience within a sales environmentExcellent communication and persuasion skillsHandle and overcome objections Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressure and to targets What the company offer: Basic salary up to £24,000Commission up to 4%Full Training
