My Client is a Fintech company based in Canary Wharf focusing on incubating some the UK’s most promising start-ups and transforming them into globally recognised brands. Their core sector focus, is the financial services and property industry and have recently acquired a property investment company and are looking for two junior brokers to join their busy brokerage floor. Job Profile Working only with qualified in-bound leads, your role will entail generating new clients through calls, emails and meetings.This role requires a highly motivated individual who is extremely organised and can micro-manage their own workload. The successful candidate must be personable, punctual with the ability to think on their feet. Key Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining customer relationships to improve cross-selling and up-selling opportunities from potential clients.Sending marketing material to potential investors.Identifying and qualifying suitable investors for the senior brokers.Maintaining client relationships offering regular updates about their existing product and providing industry related news.Willing and able to regular the company’s CRM system and overseeing the whole sales cycle.Keeping up to date with industry related news. Requirements for the role Minimum of 1 years experience within the Financial Services or Property industry.Telesales experience is requiredAbility to build and develop a strong rapport with clients over the phone and face to face.Independent, highly-motivated and target driven with a genuine ambition to succeed.Clear telephone voice, you must be fluent in English
