Job Title: PA to Director, Global Market Access and Public Affairs Company: Pharmaceutical company Salary: £32,500 (Yearly Salary) Duration: 3-6 months FTC – Strong possibility to make permanent OVERVIEW The successful candidate will report to the Director of Global Market Access and Public Affairs (gMAPA), and will provide support to the Global Market Access & Public Affairs Team. The chosen PA will be a key member of the team to ensure the gMAPA team’s demanding schedules, conflicting priorities and communication are managed effectively. The candidate will organise and streamline operations to ensure optimal effectiveness of the team. You will be performing administrative duties for executive management, including screening calls; managing calendars; planning and scheduling meetings; raising PO’s, preparing reports and financial data; and facilitating customer relations, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings and providing extra support for HR functions and activities. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Successful candidate will have experience supporting senior executives Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, yet not required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in the use SharePoint would be advantageous Team player, who fosters collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of effective office procedures would be advantageous A tenacious yet flexible problem-solver with an ability to manage complex tasks and prioritise competing demands in order to meet deadlines Able to manage the activities and schedules of multiple executives with little or no supervision and maintain strict confidentiality Excellent organisational skills and attention to the smallest detail Skilled at exhibiting patience, respect and grace under pressure Critical thinker who is proactive Displays a high degree of maturity, honesty, trust and integrity Please apply now or contact Will at Blue Pelican Pharma on 01892 507118
