Overview
Project Solutions Consultant, Recruitment Services Basic to 30k ote to 50k Existing client base Home-based with travel Rare opportunity for an experienced commercial salesperson looking to launch their career in Solution Sales within a highly successful business. THE ROLE Working within the projects solutions arm of a globally successful multidisciplinary recruitment brand, your role will be to manage relationships with an existing client base and work with them on a consultative level to provide procurement solutions for contract/project based staff. You will be expected to speak to them about any changes in current employment legislation and be confident in your ability to deal with complex scenarios and to explain complicated solutions efficiently at Senior/MD/Board level. The focus will be on winning the client’s approval and going back with an effective solution and realistic costings. This role is a home-based role and so location is not an issue, although you need to be able to travel to the Bristol office from time to time as well as various client locations. WHO YOU ARE This role is ideal for a graduate or someone of graduate calibre with a minimum of 12 months commercial sales experience under your belt. You will have experience speaking to C-level individuals and will be looking for a solid career role which offers clear progression and great financial rewards. PACKAGE Salary is very much dependent upon experience with an estimated basic of up to £30k with an ote of circa 50k in Year 1.
