Overview
Our client, a top-flight law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Immigration Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Immigration team. Based in Milton Keynes, you will work closely with the Head of Immigration, a leading professional in their field, on a wide range of immigration matters including (Tier 2 and Tier 5, Appendix FM, Visit, Innovator/Start-up and Tier 1 Investor applications), in addition to EEA, sponsor licensing, advisory and Brexit related projects. You will work with international organisations, managing their immigration requirements and ensuring that the business and their employees remain compliant. This firm has a stellar reputation with an enviable list of commercial clients including household names and government departments. The ideal candidate will have ca 5 years PQE specialising in Corporate Immigration work with another recognised regional or London based firm.
