Overview
Senior Insight Analyst Birmingham Business Park Salary: £32,459 per annum Permanent, Full Time Hours: Up to 37 Hours p.w. Work pattern: 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) however flexible patterns will be considered Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Analyst to join their highly effective Business Intelligence (BI) Team. The role will involve leading and co-ordinating data-led projects across the business, starting with the implementation of a new customer experience platform, with responsibility for ensuring stakeholders are able to understand and utilise insights from the data. The role requires excellent analytical & communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. The postholder will champion the use of data and intelligence across the organisation, supporting colleagues at all levels to engage with a culture of insight-led decision-making and to identify their own Business Intelligence requirements.
