Overview
We are currently working on behalf of an exciting and well-known developer, who are looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator in Bournemouth. Role & Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors. Generating sales and providing leads for additional services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing. Maintaining regular contact with clients through all channels. Working within a target orientated environment and being a team player. Liaising and communicating with Developers. The Ideal Person: Experienced on working on New Homes sites. Organised and driven by targets. Able to liaise at all levels with both clients and developers. Have excellent customer service. Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals.
