Head Of New Business Basic Salary: £50,000 Realistic OTE: £80,000 Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Location: Bournemouth Dorset Our award-winning client is looking for first-class sales leader to join their company. They are high performing sales professionals working within the construction industry. As the Head of New Business Sales, you will be leading from the front, inspiring and motivating those around you. Key Responsibilities: Working alongside the Internal Commercial Director to develop, implement and support all business wide standards, KPIs, best practice and knowledge sharing across the company Achieving and exceeding team revenue targets and KPIs Weekly analysis and reporting are a must for covering performance and market trends Daily management for the new sales team in a strictly professional environment Attracting and hiring new talent whilst retaining all high performing executives Motivating and leading your team to success through coaching and training Building an intimate culture through consultative selling and ensuring relationships are mutually beneficial Skills: Track record of B2B sales and management Experience and accountability of managing a multi-million-pound target Established and effective budget preparation, reporting and forecasting skills Performance management skills for both high and low performing sales professionals Prior experience presenting and influencing at a senior level Ability to prepare detailed sales plans Due to the very high volumes of applications we are currently receiving, with regret we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage.
