IS THE IDEA of a new car, truly uncapped commission, excellent additional benefits and the freedom to manage your own sales agenda sound like it would suit you; we really need to talk This field sales Executive role will be covering the NE area and you’ll be working for a fast-growing company withing the field sales environment. £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) basic salary uncapped commission Benefits a Company Car (Mercedes or BMW) OTE YEAR 1: £40,000 - £45,000 OTE YEAR 2: £50,000 Working as Field-based Sales Exec, you’ll prospect, win new business, and build on an already impressive customer base. Continually develop your territory through the identification, targeting and opening of new trading accounts. Manage and maintain strong relationships with all customers that you identify, ensuring the business meets and exceeds its targets for both new and existing clients Assist your Sales Manager with large scale promotional campaigns, as well as completing a monthly sales plan and reporting on activity undertaken on a daily/weekly and monthly basis Ideally, we’re looking for an experienced new business sales professional who can demonstrate: A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets. An eye for new opportunities and the ability to capitalise on all prospects. The confidence to cold call, book new business appointments, tele-prospect and seek referrals.
