The role You will lead circa 15 sites with full responsibility for the teams, financial performance and strategy across your area. You will need to currently be an area manager within an assisted sales/service-focused retail business, along with: Business acumen - the ability to make commercial decisions based on data analysis Being an excellent communicator and a great coach A 'can-do' attitude - advocating and championing change Strong work ethic Ability to build excellent relationships with your teams and customers The package With a basic salary of up to £65,000 dependent on experience, plus a car, performance-related bonuses and a great benefits package, this position will not just reward you financially.
