Overview

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a highly successful, market leading financial services organisation. Specialising in Pensions, Investments, Inheritance Tax and other specialist financial advice. Working with Ultra High Net Worth Clients, this is a super opportunity for a professional to work for a Global leading FTSE company This opportunity is a new position that is part of a strategic growth plan to increase and help drive performance to the current sales team and manage new talent coming on board. As the Sales Manager you will report into the Managing Director and Operations Director, you will be solely responsible for the Financial Advisor's throughout the company. The area coverage is West Sussex, Tunbridge Wells and the South Coast. Role duties will be: Looking at current production of leads and new clients on boarding Responsible for team sales meetings including the agendas and contents, and 1-2-1 regular staff reviews and performance management, across all teams. Help grow the team, ideally another 6 heads over the year, and bed in new starters Be part of the overall business senior management team, and will have a key input into marketing activities and the development of general service features ensuring alignment with client requirements and market opportunities. Making sure that all standards are being met at all times, along with the FCA rules and regulations What you need : ? Demonstrable record of creating and executing sales growth strategies through a field based sales team. Ideally a background selling within financial Services or Insurance is ideal, but we are open to all sectors at this stage. ? 3 years minimum experience managing sales staff. ? Ability to lead, develop, inspire and motivate staff. Thorough understanding and application of the sales process and the ability to identify and establish relationships with decision makers and influencers (both positive and negative) in existing and prospective customers/clients ? Customer centric approach. ? Excellent presentation skills. ? Excellent pipeline management and accurate sales forecasts into the business. ? Successful cross selling, maximising opportunities in the wider company customer base. ? Attention to detail and methodical approach. ? Excellent negotiation skills ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. ? Good knowledge of, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. ? Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Salary is competitive Car Allowance or Car provided.
