Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor for our client based within the Chichester area. Your role will be to convert outbound calls into sales. You will be selling the companies administrative services to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers to convert sales Contacting existing customers to try sell/upsell products Understand the customer's requirements always Process the sales in a professional and accurate manner, passing on information gained to relevant departments where needed Account management, maintaining and updating records Always be willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets Arranging appointments and following up calls Generating new business Uphold a strong level of customer service always Handle customer contact both verbal and written, in a professional and empathic manner You will be there to provide the highest possible standard of Customer Care always, you will be expected to remain flexible in your approach to work. Proven experience in a sales/customer service role is desirable.
