Overview
We are an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK. Q is an initiative connecting people with improvement expertise across the UK and Ireland. It is being led by the Health Foundation and supported and co-funded by NHS partners. The Project Lead will lead and develop several key projects which will contribute to the achievement of Q’s objectives and strategy. They will help us grow and develop the community, lead our innovative grant funding programme, engage with partners and other stakeholders and ultimately play a part in bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, project management experience and the ability to network, and maintain relationships. You will be a self-starter who is able to work alone or as part of a team. Equally important will be your strong organisational and cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to deliver high quality outcomes to deadline.
