Overview
Our client a trusted provider of specialist property finance for residential and commercial properties offer regulated and unregulated first and second charge bridging loans and are one of the largest privately funded bridging lenders in the UK. Due to increased business an opportunity has arisen for an additional Business Development Manager to join the team focussing on the South West and Wales. Overall responsibility of the role is focused on maximising relationships with Introducers resulting in maximising revenue for my client and working alongside the Director of Sales. Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating, managing and developing relationships with a number of intermediaries within a specified territory to promote products available. To create, manage and develop relationships with IFA’s, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Solicitors, to achieve aggressive loan book growth targets. Attending Head Office inter-departmental meetings. Keeping up to date with market changes & competitor analysis Experience Sales and Lending experience in a financial services environment - Bridging or Development finance would be a distinct advantage. Full UK Driving License. Highly skilled communicator. Proven track record of success in a sales environment. Ability to form good relationships with key stakeholders and third parties A solid understanding of FCA regulation Success in attracting, retaining and growing new customer relationships.
