Spa Team Leader- Innovative, New Spa Concept- Knightsbridge I am excited and privileged to be recruiting for a new and innovative treatment concept, paving the way for luxury results driven treatments. My client, a world leader in its field is taking their luxury skincare expertise into the world of treatments and want you to be a part of their journey With a vision to deliver exquisite, innovative and results driven treatments paired with a compelling and unique service, my client is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded treatment expert The Role Based in London’s most exclusive department store, your role will be to lead and develop the Spa Team in executing a luxurious and memorable guest experience for each client. Leading by example, you will be hands on in treatments as well as driving the business forward commercially. You will: Conduct thorough consultations and personalised skin diagnosis, expertly recommending the relevant treatment plan for each client Carry out all treatments to an outstanding level Educate and advise your guest on the relevant product routine for their skin concern Achieve set retails sales targets monthly Build a regular client base through recommending a future treatment plan to each client Update client profiles with tailored treatments Lead the team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requested Drive and achieve team sales and revenue targets Delivery of world class guest experience Identifying training needs and providing support and mentorship Deliver treatment and product knowledge training to team members as per brand standards Create a culture of operational excellence throughout the team Your Experience Essential: You MUST hold qualifications in Beauty Therapy NVQ L2 & L3 or equivalent including facial electricals Previous treatment experience in a luxury environment Previous experience in a supervisory or management role In-depth knowledge of the skin Flexibility to work on a rota basis including evenings and weekends Desirable: Fluent in Arabic or Chinese In return my client offers a generous Salary of £30,000- £35,000 Commission, along with many other company benefits.
