ASSET PROPERTY MANAGER SALE, MANCHESTER £20,000K BASIC £25,000 OTE A successful estates and lettings agency are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Property Manager to join their busy office. You will have minimum two years experience and will be the sole point of contact for the tenants under your portfolio. Day to day duties will include but not be limited to the following: Answering tenant enquiries regarding any aspect of their tenancy. Drafting and processing renewal tenancy agreements. Managing tenants move out process including the deposit return. Instructing contractors to carry out both small and large works to rental properties. Building rapport with contractors and managing on going works to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Liasing with tenants at all times and keeping them updated. The successful candidate will be confident, professional and will be used to working under pressure. You must be reliable, tenacious and have excellent communication skills.
