Overview
Salary £24,000 plus £6,000 OTE Purpose Driving revenue growth through partner development, direct customer engagement, and localized marketing efforts in a pro-active sales environment. Roles description OPERATIONAL Delivering against sales targets as well as engaging with stakeholders as a trusted advisor and develop long term partner relationships. High-level partner management, involving Financial and new customer approach discussions Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close (From quoting to invoicing) Achieve annual margin target, facilitate suitable means of payment and deliver against personal, team and company KPI's Accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting Cultivate, grow and enable partners to successfully close more business Understand customer needs and requirements Partner retention and growth targets against an assigned set of accounts Build strong relationships with decision-makers across the Cisco account base Proactively identify new business opportunities across the Cisco account base and work with the relevant department to win the business Develop the skills and knowledge required of the company portfolio of products and propositions Recognises and delivers against opportunities for business growth via a multi-channel approach Achieve Cisco certifications where applicable EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND University degree Computer Communication Engineer, Computer Science, Management, Marketing & Advertising. OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS Fluent French and English Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit with a proven track record in sales and knowledge of technology High negation and communication skills Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Masters MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be prepared for extensive travel.
