A global private equity company focused solely on providing patient capital and investment into SME’s.UK based within W1H area. Due to recent growth and senior management ambitions, we are currently recruiting for candidates who would prosper working within the fast-paced environment of a dynamic private equity firm, with exceptional earning potential and progression. (most competitive bonus scheme in London for juniors) This entry-level position involves developing new relationships with clients as first point of contact. We are looking for the following: • Experience of outbound calling sales role preferred (May accept without) • An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills are essential • A very self-motivated, positive and extremely target driven character • A confident, professional and engaging personality • A strong desire to succeed in sales, in order to achieve excellent earnings and career progression • A willingness and ability to listen and learn quickly • Excellent work attendance is essential • High Level of English Duties • Work to targets within team • Communicate with staff on a daily basis • Work with senior staff in securing new business • Identifying new business opportunities • Deal with queries from clients • Promote the company Pay & Bonus Structure • £18,000 Basic • Commission structure in place for each deal completed (Under your initial contact) • Uncapped Commission Structure • Progression to more senior level once KPI’s are met – principal We are committed to training and developing staff to a high standard with opportunities to progress
