Overview

Client Side - Senior Project Manager I have the pleasure of working with an ambitious and growing real estate investment and development company based in Mayfair. They have a prestigious property portfolio investing and developing commercial, retail, residential and industrial opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to work on a diverse portfolio of projects acting in a truly client-side capacity. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be reporting directly into the senior development Manager and will be a key support on the delivery on several large residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion. The role will also include working alongside the asset managers, managing external design and project teams and advising as to the status of projects under your supervision. Key Responsibilities: PM RIBA 1-7 Liaise with QS' to procure full tender package for phases or total schemes Scoping documents for consultants and contractors Managing a project from inception through to completion. Attend project meetings maintain project documentation, minutes, programmes and budgets / cost plan. The Candidate: You must have a relevant degree and have attained chartership from a construction board (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA etc…) At least 5 years' experience in construction Proven track record of having delivered a £10 million schemes from inception through to completion. Providing Leadership and direction for a project team. Ability to chair meetings and directly deal with client's needs and questions. A strong understanding of the market and construction related business. Salary - £60,0000 - £75,000 Lucrative Bonus
