Overview

My Client are a dynamic and fast-growing IT Value Added Consultancy / Full Managed Services (MSP) provider based in the London specialising in IT hardware, software, cloud solutions and cyber security. As well as offering a full range of service and support solutions to the Financial Services Sector. They are currently recruiting for Head of Business Development Manager. Responsibilities Establish new referral partners. Undertake regular service reviews with allocated Clients Develop strong relationships with both potential and existing clients. Produce reports regarding new prospects. Write proposals in conjunction with pre-sales. Attend events, special interest groups, conferences and seminars to seek new opportunities. Negotiate with clients to solidify the terms of each contract. Ensure each contract adhere to current regulations and guidelines. Account Manager their premium clients. Customer visits when required with the aim of securing new business and prospects for further business Required Skills / Experience A proven IT track record, ideally within an MSP or IT services reseller Ideally a knowledge of the industry or major vendors in the industry. A natural ability to build customer rapport A highly motivated pro-active self-starter The ability to manage time and workload A proven ability to develop and close business opportunities Well-organised and commercially aware My Client is looking to recruit as soon as possible.
