FS Reg Lawyer - 12 Month FTC
Overview
My client (US firm) is looking for an FS Reg lawyer to join their team for a mat cover 12 month FTC. Purpose of role: To help the Financial Regulation Group to win new clients, develop its relationships with core clients and raise its external profile more generally To develop and maintain a knowledge infrastructure and materials for the Group. To develop and coordinate internal training programmes for the Group. To research and advise on technical queries from the Group and wider teams where appropriate. The successful candidate will have comprehensive practicing experience at a leading international law firm in a financial regulatory practice or equivalent experience with a financial services regulator; extensive substantive knowledge of European and UK financial regulatory law; strong communication skills, alongside the abilities to manage time well and prioritise competing demands. The role is well suited to candidates who enjoy the intricacies of the law, enjoy writing and taking the creative lead on thought leadership and the production of client-facing updates and products.
