Overall description * Serve as the key driver of the student engagement, experience management and be the "glue" of the program Main responsibility: * Develop structured program with full ownership to 1) engage the students with their various learning and career development needs; 2)support and guide students as they develop and pursue their career path; 3)provide insights and solution to other functional units, such as sales & marketing, operation, content develop and career service to further elevate our program profile. Activities may include hosting workshop, conducting individual counselling, sharing market insights, coaching soft skills, providing conflict resolutions, assisting with crafting of their near-term and long-term development plan to reach their career objectives, and internal collaboration to further improve the quality of the program etc. - Evaluate and measure students' ongoing progression, level of engagement, capability development, provide structured assessment and gap report and constructive feedback - Facilitate with program faculties, operation, sales & marketing and career services divisions to accomplish course objectives, including providing feedback/insights to improve the program and actively participate in the development of solutions to enhance the learning experience * Leverage on sound communication skills to drive and prepare student experience management and counselling related content and deliver with quality i.e. career planning, cv writing and interview skills and techniques etc. * As member of the overall program faculties to create/prepare and deliver courses in relationship to above stated areas * Build and maintain relationship with PwC internal and external industry mentors and business unit contacts to enhance student experience and enhance capability development * Manage overall "Customers Experience Circle"and build the "Intangibles" throughout the admission, learning, development, placement to Alumni engagement process Job Requirements: * People person with business mindset * Self starter at initiate, create, implement necessary structure/program to achieve above objectives. * Curious and adaptable when facing challenges and unknowns * Independent and creative problem solver and capable of managing variety of situations our students may face. * Sound evaluator of talent, capabilities and individual needs with the ability to provide in-depth assessment and propose steps to address the current gap. * Excellent communication skill, good listener, approachable and yet be able to provide candid and tough feedback when appropriate. * Manage different stakeholders' needs and not only be able to identify potential issues but also be able to offer practical solutions * Proactive in self development and be able to think and act outside of the box to grow this role and enhance the learning experience and program advancement * 5-8 years of working in consulting or HR BP / T & D / Marketing of an international professional firm and incorporates is preferred. * Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Science Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
