Overview

Brand Strategy and Innovation Consultant Our client is a global brand strategy, innovation and insight consultancy. They work with a range of household brand names across consumer goods, retail, travel, media and technology. In addition they also work with a number of entrepreneurial start-ups across sectors. As a brand strategy and innovation consultant you will be involved in winning, running, leading and delivering projects and growing both new and existing innovation clients and projects. This role is focussed on consumer brand innovation in its broadest sense – from big picture long term strategic innovation through to NPD, service innovation, brand and portfolio innovation and commercial big growth idea innovation. You will also be able to use and generate insight as part of this role and will have experience in qual - moderating focus groups, online, co-creations, immersions etc. Responsibilities You will be responsible for landing and leading brand strategy and innovation projects, designing, leading, running and facilitating workshops and innovation events, helping our clients get from initial concept ideas through to launch. This will include:- Wowing clients, nurturing client relationships, developing new opportunities Writing proposals, pitching and winning projects Leading and running projects Using and creating insights to feed into ideas Leading, designing and running workshops and events. Developing concepts and ideas. Working with their internal design team and external partners to get ideas to market. Looking after several different projects at once, both internal and external, and managing projects effectively and efficiently, being detail conscious, informative and highly communicative. Experience and skills Ideally we are looking for brand strategy and innovation consultants with 5 years’ experience. However, we will also consider strategically orientated insight professionals who can demonstrate they are very strong creative thinkers, open to new ideas and have compelling views about brands, consumers and categories. You will be a natural storyteller and able to write and develop concepts, write compelling brand stories to engage both internally and externally.
