Are you an Account Manager with a credible track record for successfully upselling to major clients within the SaaS sector? Company Snapshot: Rapidly expanding technology company with venture capital backing Modern offices in the UK and US with a global blue-chip client base Friendly and inclusive culture with weekly paid lunches and scheduled group trips Exciting career progression opportunities with expected promotion to a manager and developing a team The Role: Engaging with and managing relationships with accounts across a portfolio Providing recommendations and advise to customers to help optimise the platform Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise footprint across a customer's wider organisation Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible Proactively renewing contracts and upselling to successfully expand existing accounts Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries promptly and effectively About You: 2-3 years in an account management role with experience of up-selling / cross-selling Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT Quick learner with a desire to develop a successful career Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate to blue-chip clients The Package: Salary to £35,000 OTE of £55,000 32 days holiday and attractive pension scheme Flexible working / hours and home working Training allowance for external courses and qualifications If this isn't quite right, we are recruiting for plenty of other sales, account management and customer success opportunities across the East of England.
