Major UK law firm seeks Employment NQ Solicitor to join their renowned Employment law team based in Birmingham. Our client is a market-leading firm, renowned for their high calibre lawyers and the high-quality employment and HR work they undertake for a roster of high profile respondent clients. The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer to join their flagship Birmingham practice. The firm is keen to speak to NQ solicitors (you will have at least one employment law seat under your belt- qualified either in later 2019 or 2020) or qualified lawyers with up to circa 3 years PQE. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistle-blowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
