Overview
This is about providing invaluable support to your Director, managing the systems and processes in your area to keep things running smoothly. You'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. It'll involve day- to-day organisational work, data processing and analysis. Naturally, you'll need to be on the ball and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And to keep on top of that wave, we have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more. We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for the Sawley Region. The training for this role will largely take place in Sawley with the existing MDPA, however visits to other regions may be required. The key requirements for this role are: • Proven experience in a PA Role • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work with numbers, utilising excel and working with reports • Exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Highly discreet and able to deal effectively with confidential matters. You will need to demonstrate your communication and numerical skills during interview to be successful in the application process.
