If so, THIS MAY BE THE JOB FOR YOU For the membership consultant position I am looking for someone that has a bubbly personality and a some sales experance.£18,000 to £20,000 Basic with the potential to earn commission on top. Uncapped commission of around an average of £350 to £550 per month From 1st April 2020. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual. Working with us will put you at the heart of Britain’s longest established leisure provider and this role will put you at the head of a vibrant, exciting and friendly team that’s dedicated to growing the business. You’ll also receive a competitive salary, along with target-led commission rates. Along with this, you’ll also benefit from complimentary membership for you and a partner or loved one. To succeed in this role, we’ll need you to fully embrace our brand mission of encouraging everyone to be active for at least 30 minutes five times a week and be capable of effectively executing a sales and marketing strategy. We’ll also need you to achieve monthly membership and income targets, as well as taking a proactive approach to increasing our online membership base, use data to analyse key performance indicators and be able to lead and motivate your team to exceed their targets.
