Site Sales Consultant - East London We are currently working with one of the largest global property agency's who are instructed to help sell a luxury scheme in East London. Our client is looking for someone who has previous onsite experience or someone who has come from a new homes background. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the East London market to come on board and help sell a fantastic scheme and work for a growing company. The role: Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge Weekend work is required Further requirements: Be articulate, well-spoken and personable Strong Written, computer skills and previous report writing experience is a must. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme Able to work autonomously Target Driven Able to work in a fast paced environment Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards Salary between £25,000-£30,000 Competitive commission structure.
