Our platform is underpinned by ground breaking technology, this includes, live streaming, scheduled screenings, games, quizzes and video analysis. Key responsibilities: Strategy Develop and execute the Livetree Network market/network development strategy Develop the brand strategy across theLivetree Network Identify and develop Livetree’s unique selling propositions and differentiators  New Business Development Understand the SVOD and entertainment market, and monitor the market for information and creative trends e.g. network with key industry influencers and stakeholders, attend functions and events, and monitor publications and research Research and prospect for new investors to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within the market Build relationships with the decision makers within potential investor organisations Plan deal approaches and pitches Participate in the negotiation of terms and deal closing Develop the systems and procedures to enable the effective execution of new business development  Management Manage programmes, projects and budgets Monitor, analyse and forecast investment raising targets/progress against targets Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for management purposes Ensure the efficient and effective administration of data and information relating to marketing Prepare, negotiate and manage contracts related to the team, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies and legal obligations Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the team  Client/Investor Management Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer/investor needs Manage investor relationships to ensure ongoing mutual benefit Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs  Leadership Develop and inspire a team to implement the strategy and to achieve objectives and targets Ensure all team members represent Livetree in the best light Undertake training and mentoring to business developers and other staff  Additional expectations: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Livetree’s services and products Participate in strategy reviews, strategy development and the implementation thereof Serve cross-functionally in the execution of programmes and projects Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the CEO Job Location The job will be full-time at our offices based in Moorgate, London.
