This is a company you will want to have on your CV. This global brand is recognised worldwide. Their name in the industry is exceptional and you will be working for a true market leader. You will be selling in to print and digital publishers, corporations and governments with a wide portfolio sold on subscription model. You will be responsible for a book of existing subscription-based accounts and will be expected to prospect and close a large volume of new business with new clients as well as retain and grow the assigned base in the emerging client area of the business. You will receive industry leading training from day one and a clear route for progression outlined from the start. Their central London office is modern, young and exciting. They have over 3000 employees in the UK alone and over 40,000 globally and the average employee stays with them for 8 years. Based from their London office this role is covering the German markets so fluency in English and German is essential. They are looking for somebody with 12 months B2B sales experience and fluent in German and English. This is an internal sales position with progression opportunities in to senior positions within 18 - 24 months. Ideally a background selling on a subscription basis would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: Internal Sales - German Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales objectives through securing new business and contract renewals in order to meet and exceed targets Develop new business by carrying out an agreed number of outbound contacts using phone and e-mail and cultivates customer relationships and ensures effective service delivery to accounts. Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure sales and revenue targets are met or exceeded Develop a consistent pipeline of opportunities, by managing the account's decision-making process to ensure revenues are achieved Provide sales performance data and information to support management decision-making Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts Works with and brings in experts/specialists onto the team where required, has oversight of all account activities May provide customer product training as necessary Experience: Internal Sales - German Must be fluent in English and German, other languages on top of these will be an advantage. Extensive experience in a position with sales responsibility. Demonstrable outbound sales success, must be able to work with leads provided internally as well as being able to identify and source external leads Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Good organizational and time management skills. A track record of creating and closing business of various levels of complexity Strong interpersonal skills Problem solving - Presentation and communication skills Business Development, DACH, German, New Business, Account Management, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Financial, Banks, Banking, Internal Sales - DACH / German
