Overview
Our client is currently seeking a chartered building surveyor with prime residential experience to be a part of their highly successful and extremely reputable practice in Shepherds Bush. The opportunity has come about due to an influx in project related work and in turn are looking for a late APC/MRICS Building surveyor, who wishes to work in a fun, yet hard working environment, delivering a variety of projects that value up to £3m. Their client base is diverse and made up of property management firms, high net worth individuals, solicitors, multinational retail chains and even international conventional centres. As a result, the type of properties they encompass range from retail units through to grade 1 & 2 listed buildings and high-end major developments. The role will include acting as lead surveyor on a number of commissions including contract administration, project management, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, planned maintenance surveys, and business development. The successful candidate will be either MRICS or at the latter stages of their APC. You will be experienced in a wide range of building surveying services, with strong knowledge in the residential space. You will be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously and a manage multiple commissions at once. It is imperative that you are an effective communicator, who has great attention to detail. You will receive a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 D.O.E, bonus based on company and individual targets, generous pension, 23 days holiday, cycle to work scheme, fees and more. Apply: Interested?
