The business is led by five of the industry’s best, they are a close-knit team who have many years in service together, as such have a solid client following and know how to look after their people. Clients range from developers, landed estates, institutional investors and private clients, for whom they offer project and professional advice. The instructions are getting larger and project sizes looking towards the £100 million point, these are only going to get bigger. This leadership team has a zest for life, enjoying the clients and projects they represent, currently seen as a market disruptor they are vying to be top of the table when it comes to professional advice on building or buying a property. If you like a social side to life, strap yourselves in as with this firm as you will be going for a ride, working hard and playing hard, yearly internationally trips sucking up foreign climbs and checking out the local architecture. You will be a chartered building surveyor who is project-focused and looking to establish yourself.
