Overview
We are currently recruiting for a chartered building surveyor who is seeking a career changing opportunity, within a boutique multi-disciplined consultancy in London. They have been a hot topic of conversation in recent years, setting exceptional standards, continuously raising the bar in terms of providing technical advice and delivery, working exclusively with a network of high profiled clients. Delivering project management and building consultancy services, across the commercial, retail, hotel, and high-end residential sectors. The business employs 21 staff and is made up of five innovative partners, associates and senior/chartered building surveyors, as well as APC graduates and support staff. The partners are actively involved and work closely with the team, encouraging togetherness and a great sense of cooperation within the workplace. The opportunity will be project led, acting either as contract administrator or project manager, assisting on instructions valuing up to £100m. In some instances, your professional services experience will be utilised as of when requirements come in. The person we are looking for will be MRICS, have a relevant RICS accredited degree in building surveying with proven knowledge and experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will be introduced to their clients and will be expected to nurture and develop these relationships. It is imperative that you have the drive, passion, and confidence with your approach and decision makings.
