Overview
Our client is a growing consultancy that offers great benefits with opportunities to advance your career working alongside a team of accomplished chartered building surveyors within the private sector. Employing 25 staff, our client is an innovative and forward-thinking consultancy, with a stellar reputation in delivering building consultancy services within the commercial and high-end residential sectors. The building surveying team are a close-knit powerhouse formed of five very talented building surveyors, that have continued to exceed expectations year on year. The demand for their needs has grown expedentially and as a result, they are required to deliver a number of exciting projects ranging from major refurbishments through to design and build instructions ranging up to £5m. The role will entail a 65% to 35% split across project and professional services working across all of the aforementioned sectors, more specifically within Retail and Office. As you progress, you’ll be expected to take on greater responsibility, managing a number of key accounts, applying a more business minded approach to your day to day duties. The successful candidiate will be chartered with a minimum of 12 months PQE, who is competent, creative and can display a good level technical knowledge within project and professional services. You will be comfortbale in client facing scenarios and have a passion for delierving quality that streteches above and beyond.
