Their authenticity, honesty and loyalty has enabled them to develop relationships within the private space, providing the full array of traditional building surveying services such as contract administration, project management, party wall, dilapidations, schedules of work, surveys, defect analysis and more. The opportunity is a key appointment, where you will take on a great level of responsibility, inheriting and developing several key accounts. The opportunity is very much about providing top tier advice on residential and commercial facets, ensuring your client's interests are always safeguarded. These clients range from property companies, corporate occupiers, landlords, developers, private clients, contractors and charitable trusts. No day is the same as their current order book shows a great amount of diversity across project and professional services. About You The successful candidate will be an experienced building surveyor. MRICS or MCIOB would be preferred though is not essential. What the business is looking for, is somebody with a creative mind, who is keen to present new ideas and play an instrumental part in helping take the business to new heights. You will have demonstrable experience in project and professional services and can display experience in managing and developing existing clients, You will receive first-hand support in your personal/professional development. The director is highly motivated to grow the practice and has an extensive network of clients that will enable this, this alone will provide serious opportunities for the successful applicant to achieve their aspirations. This position would suit a driven professional who is looking to add value, achieve Directorship and not be restrained by larger practices systems and processes.
