Sales Negotiator £21,000 - £26,000, North Leeds Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays Are you an experienced Sales or Lettings negotiator? Able you an excellent salesperson looking to take the next step in your career? I am currently recruiting for a well known Estate Agency who are seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based at their North Leeds site supporting the business on a permanent basis. My Client provides residential sales and lettings, in-house mortgage advice, legal services and full property management services. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including; Booking and carrying out property viewings, Selling the company services across all functions, Generating new and repeat business, Negotiating offers and Progressing sales whilst keeping all parties informed and up to date. As well as offering a competitive salary of up to £26,000 OTE my client also offers an excellent benefits package, including; Company pension scheme, Generous Holiday entitlement, A fun working environment and Company cars. To be a part of this amazing company you must be confident achieving sales targets and financial targets, be able to deal with customer enquiries efficiently and be able to pick up extra duties where needed. Requirements To apply for this position you must have previous experience in property. Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings negotiator is ideal, but candidates with ANY property background will be considered. As a strong candidate you will have: Excellent Customer Service Skills Educated to GCSE level as a minimum Results/goals orientated Full driving licence Smart and well presented Strong sales skills Ambitious and well organised My client are looking for a start date in February or March, so applicants both immediately available and with a set notice period will be considered.
