You will work alongside highly experienced recruiters, sourcing staff for large, well-established businesses as well as Public Sector organisations. What you'll need to succeed The strength of our brilliant Belfast team lies in its' variety of people. We understand that people from different circumstances bring different strengths to the table, and so hire from all kinds of backgrounds - sales professionals, telesales, call centre environments, graduates - all with an interest in sales and a drive to succeed. A proven track record in business to business sales is desirable and a full UK driving licence is essential. As a recruitment consultant you will source candidates, win clients and match the right candidate to the right job, so you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven and results-focused. Recruitment is hard work - it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident. Our Belfast office operates over 10 different specialisms, but we work as one team, so consistently share leads and meet clients together. Because of this, you will need to work with ease in a team environment as well as independently.
