A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will: Have previous experience in recruitment; working within specialist markets such as tech, engineering, construction, industrial, FMCG etc Have a genuine passion for building relationships, managing key stakeholders internally and externally as well as continuously developing your network Continue to build their market knowledge - being able to identify new business opportunities to continue the growth of your desk Manage the full recruitment cycle, from proactively sourcing to placement Be keen to learn and advance their skill set as well as sharing your knowledge with colleagues We are leaders within the IT, Engineering and Technical recruitment markets, building relationships with globally recognised businesses across the UK and Europe.
