What you'll need to succeed The strength of our brilliant Belfast team lies in our variety of people. As a recruitment consultant you will source candidates, win clients and match the right candidate to the right job, so you’ll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven and results-focused. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident. Whilst our office operates over twelve specialisms we work as one team, so consistently share leads and meet clients together. Because of this, you will need to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
