Overview
This company is looking for a Project Manager to immediately help the founder launch a new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart graduate with an interest in property and business to join an entrepreneurial company as it expands. They are looking for a candidate who can take on responsibilities on day one, learn fast and immediately make a difference as they launch their next venture. BACKGROUND The existing business is a club for property developers, business owners, entrepreneurs and investors in the property sector actively working on deals above £1m in value. They come together in structured workshops and at regular social events to share opportunities and solutions so they can learn faster and do businesses together. The core team comprises six full-time employees, working remotely and they avoid rush-hour like the plague. The founder is searching for a hardworking and dynamic Project Manager to help him launch the next business. You will work directly alongside the founder, a property investor, property developer and serial entrepreneur, to make everything run like clockwork NEW OPPORTUNITY The founder has launched a training business with online modules supported by live events. This dovetails perfectly with existing activities and builds upon the team's success to date. It also looks set to disrupt the market which to date has revolved around outdated classroom-based learning. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is very exciting and will give the right candidate a chance to seriously prove themselves. Initially, the candidate will be required to help package, publish and promote the online modules working alongside the founder and the existing internal and external marketing teams. As the team expands, the right candidate will have the chance to start, lead or grow a team or take on a fresh new challenge within the organisation. A big selling point of this role is the culture and lifestyle of the team which is dynamic and effective, and they work remotely. The new role will be a mix of remote and office-based working. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will be: - Hardworking and highly organised - Fast learner, comfortable with tech and software - An excellent communicator - A natural people person willing to help others - Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet - Able to work independently and as part of a team, more so than normal roles - Excellent written English and editing skills that suit the company's tone and brand REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - 2:1 degree - or degree 3 years relevant experience PACKAGE SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE: Basic salary: £26k - £35k OTE: £30k - £40k
