Overview
Position: Recruitment Consultant Sector: Insurance Location: Leigh-On-Sea, Essex Salary: £24,000 - £50,000 OTE The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes. You will be working the Insurance market within the permanent and temporaries sector. How will you spend your days? Business development - prospect and existing business Arranging and attending client meetings Candidate registrations Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients Account management with existing clients - this is a small part of the role Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database Who are you? You will have previous recruitment experience or a sales background Confident making sales calls Strong face to face skills Well presented Strong work ethic Self-motivated and Enthusiastic Tenacious Great personality Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Something about the agency… They are a highly respected and rapidly growing recruitment agency.
