We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Client Services Coordinator, with B2B and BTC sales experience, to join our FTSE 100 client in their lively offices based in Enfield. This is a fantastic chance to demonstrate your strong customer service and telesales skills, as well as your drive, determination and customer focus. Our client is looking for a highly organised, confident and polite individual who can manage their own time to ensure targets are met and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team, and be self-reliant. You must have an understanding of X3 although training will be provided. You will be working directly with the Client Services Support Manager in a team of 15, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Company benefits include 28 days holiday inc bank holidays. Free parking. As the Client Services Coordinator, you will assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets, which includes: Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts Study reports and review customer trends to identify ways to increase sales Deal with customer issues promptly, efficiently and courteously Manage out of stock items by liaising with purchasing Maintain good working relationships with all internal and external teams Work with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential If you feel that this is the permanent job for you, please apply on line today.
