Store Leader up to 45k Plus Bonus and benefits We are partnering with a luxury homeware brand looking for a talented store manager for their beautiful store in Reading. The brand are looking for a commercial leader, to drive sales and performance, in a business focused on creating a relaxed customer experience. We want a true interior ambassador, who loves the product as much as they do. You will come from a driven retail background focused on results and delivering KPIs however creating a fantastic shopping environment for our customers and store teams. This is an exciting growing brand, all of their 26 stores are unique & offer something different, as you can imagine they are design lead and are set up to create a unique shopping experience. Store leader-Luxury homeware brand We are looking for a leader and ambassador, who has a passion or background in luxury interior/homeware. Client/customer lead, able to build lasting relationships with our clients leading by example and training our teams to do the same. You will be a dynamic and solution driven thinker. This is a growing business and you will be a key member of the team. Able to build internal and external relationships. KPI focused, constantly commercially reviewing decisions. Focused on creating the best customer experience in store, where the results will follow. Creating a strong moral in store and encouraging team-work -They are not a commission lead retailer. Able to lead high profile visits, able to demonstrate performance and commercial moves. You will come from a high profile or flagship role, with a keen interest in homewares and customer lead brands.
