Elite Associates are excited to partner exclusively with a premium RTW brand Our client is a fashion brand known for its modern take on classic, casual & formal designs for men & women focusing on RTW, accessories and footwear to help clients outfit build for occasions. They are seeking for an experienced, strong Assistant Store Manager to help support the Store Manager in being a commercial minded, team leader, understanding each individual's staff strengths and weakness' to help them progress and develop. We are looking for a positive and charismatic individual, able to engage with the team and support the manager while leading the floor. Would consider current supervisor ready for a step up and ASMs from smaller stores. - Drive the team to deliver an elevated customer experience through setting goals and coaching the team to achieve them, ensuring that customer is always the priority - Monitor and coach the team to be brand ambassadors - Utilise all resources available to up-skill the team in product knowledge and the services available - Drive a dynamic service and selling team to ensure KPI targets are achieved - Monitor silent service standards, delivering feedback and coaching to ensure the expectation is delivered - Effectively manage escalated customer situations, ensuring a positive outcome is achieved - Drive incremental sales through training the team to develop a loyal customer base - Work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks - Motivate the team to deliver on all KPI targets through effective team management and communication - Review store KPI performance, including commercial tools and reports, in order to identify opportunities to drive profitability - Ensure that the store meets model store standards, coaching the team on key merchandising techniques and practices - Regularly review the competition to spot opportunities to improve the customer experience - Embrace all brand initiatives which support a omni-channel customer experience - Drive consistency by ensuring that all teams are kept up-to-date with pertinent information and executing effective handovers - Ensure that all operations expectations are met, delivering feedback and coaching to mitigate risk - Maximize profitability through ensuring the product is appropriately handled and available for the customer - Partner with the Store Manager to create and execute a credible stock loss action plan in order to minimize cash and product losses - Own all health and safety checks, partnering with the maintenance team to provide a safe environment for the customer and team - Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all company policy and procedures - Utilise an in-depth knowledge of the local market and competitors to highlight any opportunities to raise brand awareness and the store's profile - Review the scheduling and zoning of the team to ensure the efficient running of all touch points - Partner with the Store Manager to create critical path plans that support in the delivery of all business deadlines - Drive all in-store incentives and initiatives - Ensure the store is customer ready always, effectively following all opening and closing procedures, including key holding responsibilities In Return: - Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience) - Annual Leave (inclusive of bank holidays) - 29 days - Employee Discount: 50% staff clothing/uniform & business wear - Management Bonus - Sales & Service Bonus Scheme - Pension Scheme - Employee Referral Programme - Gym Discount By Applying to this advert you consent to the following use of your Data: The storage & use of candidate data & CVs for recruitment processes; including sharing their employment details & CV with our client partners.
