Responsibilities We’re Hiring Aon is currently recruiting a dynamic and ambitious Sales Support Executive to work as part of our Global team. This role will provide support to the Global team with both day to day and strategic sales and growth activities. We would also highlight the following: The Global team has significant growth aspirations and is a highly dynamic environment as a result The Sales Support Executive represents a new role for the Global team and therefore an opportunity for the chosen candidate to make a real difference to our future success Given the Global team’s ‘end to end’ role the chosen candidate will get exposure to a multitude of different risk and insurance solution types Given the global nature of many of our clients the chosen candidate will get exposure to a variety of different geographies The team is based in a mixture of London and Chelmsford but agile working is actively encouraged About the Role The primary responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive are to support the Head of Sales in the following areas: Sales Plan Sales Process Sales Governance Pipeline Management Sales Reporting Sales Communications Some of your key activities will therefore comprise: Create and deploy a project plan to underpin Global’s sales priorities in 2020 and beyond Maintain Global’s prospect list, including status of the sales process for each prospect Support the preparation & running of sales meetings Support the preparation & running of internal account planning meetings for specific prospects Support the preparation & running of external discovery meetings Undertake client penetration analysis to identify additional sales opportunities
